About · The Shape of the Work

I architect the systems enterprises run on, and the engineering practices that make them fast.

At Qlik I lead Architecture & Strategy and drive internal AI enablement from the IT side: use case selection, architecture fit, and the workflows that turn AI strategy into measurable adoption.

25 years across founding engineer, CTO, and enterprise architect roles. Comfortable in an architecture review, a CIO briefing, or on stage in front of 500 people at a corporate hackathon. Happy to talk architecture, AI adoption, or how to make a merger integration boring in a good way.

Senior Director, Architecture & Strategy

Qlik · Miami, FL · Remote

Leading Architecture & Strategy, with an expanded mandate to drive the technical and process implementation of AI across the internal enterprise from IT. Scope spans Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, QA, and SRE for Salesforce and NetSuite.

  • Stood up Qlik's Enterprise and Solution Architecture practices from zero — charter, operating model, embedded delivery.
  • Leading internal AI enablement from IT: use-case identification, architecture fit, and governance workflows that turn strategy into measurable adoption.
  • Driving Salesforce & NetSuite engineering toward AI-native automation: AI-driven code review, DORA metrics, and engineering-health dashboards.
  • Lower environments held stable for 18+ months across thousands of PRs through technical controls and DevOps discipline.
  • Optimized the enterprise application portfolio across the 200-person department; new Jira rollout with ServiceNow and CI/CD integrations.
  • Founded Qlik's first corporate hackathon — 500+ participants, dozens of innovations shipped into product and internal operations.

Architecture, enterprise AI adoption, merger integration, corporate hackathons, or whether a wall-mounted chess board belongs in your kitchen. All fair game.
